Wells Fargo has recently entered into an agreement to sell the third-party servicing function of Commercial Mortgage Servicing (CMS) to Trimont Global LLC (Trimont). The sale is expected to close in early 2025 (the "Closing Date"). We are continuing to recruit for open positions supporting CMS but want to ensure you are aware that should you be selected for and accept this position, you will also receive an offer from Trimont prior to the Closing Date with similar employment terms and conditions following your Wells Fargo start date.

In this role, you will:
- Work with both origination and central analysts in the preparation of loan approval documents
- Administer Waterfall Accounting for Cash Management accounts associated with commercial loans
- Participate in less complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements for timely processing of all incoming requests within the Cash Management team
- Review and analyze basic business, operational, or technical assignments or challenges that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternatives, and exercise independent judgment to guide medium risk deliverables
- Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures and compliance requirements for loan approval documents
- Collaborate and consult with CMS colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders, including internal and external customers if applicable
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Familiarity to interpret and understand Loan documents and Loan Servicing Agreements
- Familiarity with Strategy loan accounting system
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize and work effectively while meeting tight deadlines with accuracy and minimal supervision
- Self-starter and motivated who can work both independently and with a group
- Experience in working in a challenging, team-oriented work environment
- Experience in a fast-paced financial environment
- Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate
- Experience in Mortgage Loan Servicing
- Portfolio/Asset Management Experience
- Experience with basic accounting principles
- Loan documentation and/or closing experience
- Relationship management experience
- Ability to prioritize conflicting deliverables in real time
- Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of customers, team members and management
- Ability to work outside normal business hours
