About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking 3 Senior Business Execution Consultants to work within Lending & Client Products (LCP) - Change Readiness, User Adoption & Support team within Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) to assist with delivery of strategic and transformational CIB LCP initiatives supporting CIB Markets, Banking and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) lines of business. In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

  • Support delivery of strategic and transformational CIB LCP initiatives supporting CIB Markets, Banking and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) lines of business
  • Support execution & prioritization process of strategic CIB LTE roadmap and change management initiatives, including dependency projects/initiatives
  • Deliver comprehensive training to new/existing CIB users as well as user support team members, including in-tool, in-person & virtual support channels
  • Create best-in-class and client-focused training & user support materials, including job aids, control procedures and process guides
  • Lead and support a global team that provides user support for LCP applications and CIB business users, including user access management
  • Support end-to-end testing process in coordination with Journey/Enabler teams by participating in UAT test strategy & planning, defect remediation & testing artifacts
  • Champion best-in-class user intake process, ensuring all feedback (e.g., defects & enhancements) is documented, assigned & prioritized
  • Ensure that change management (communication & training) and user experience (adoption) is a key focus
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Banking, consulting, program/project management, strategic planning, or implementation
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication & presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously, and effectively resolve competing objectives, priorities and conflicts as they arise
  • Subject matter expertise in the lending & credit lifecycle - including but not limited to pitch, underwriting, credit approval, booking and funding, servicing and portfolio management
  • Subject matter expertise in CIB and/or CRE - including but not limited to credit origination, underwriting, serving and portfolio management of both balance sheet & third party loans
  • Demonstrated understanding and use of change management, process improvement, product development and project delivery methodologies
  • Knowledge and understanding of complex IT environments: cross-functional areas, large number of interfaces and data sources
  • Prior experience in leading user training and user support for large scale technology implementations in a financial services environment
  • Strong partnering and collaborating skills
  • Solid problem solving and decision making skills
  • Experience with Agile project methodologies
  • Experience operating effectively with a geographically dispersed team
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
