In this role, you will:

  • Provide support for a portfolio of customers
  • Work with business client managers to maintain a portfolio of accounts
  • Oversee overall customer experience
  • Handle customer issues and assist in decisions with business client managers
  • Help with customer associated risk management
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal customers
  • Receive direction from leaders
  • Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Handle medium to complex customer issues which include escalation and resolution
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve medium to complex issues

  • 6+ months of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 6+ months of Treasury Management product knowledge and experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • 6 plus months Treasury Management Dedicated Client Services Experience
  • 6 plus months experience supporting Complex Treasury Management Products (Ex: ECS Product Suite, BAI, International Wires)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Treasury Management Tools and Applications (Ex: UAM, Service View, Hogan)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Commercial banking or Corporate Investment Banking client base
  • Strong personal leadership skills, including initiative, accountability and the ability to inspire and motivate others
  • Energetic, quick learner, positive attitude, willing to work as a team player in a team environment
  • Ability to navigate multiple Treasury Management systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Ability to provide strong customer service and develop customer relationships
  • Problem analysis and resolution skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • Strong telephone etiquette skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Job Expectations:
  • Ability to travel 10%
  • The hours for this position are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule. Required 3 days in specified location per week.
