About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a CIB Group Third Party Officer - Senior Business Execution Manager

The Corporate and Investment Banking - Chief Operating Office (COO) Third-Party Risk Management Team manages a program focused on oversight and execution of activities designed to:

  • Maximize third-party performance and value.
  • Identify, mitigate, and manage risks associated with engaging a third party.
The CIB program designates a Group Third-Party Officer (GTPO) responsible for execution of a third-party risk management process and oversee the implementation of the Policy across CIB's global business and supporting functions (including US, and international EMEA, APAC and Americas regions). This role supports the management of their third parties on behalf of CIB.

This leader will serve as the CIB Group Third Party Officer and manage the CIB Third Party Risk Management Program.

In this role, you will:
  • Act as a central CIB conduit between the Enterprise TPP and the CIB business and support functions that own Third Party engagements
  • Be accountable for monitoring the implementation of procedures and verifying timeline completion of program requirements throughout the TP risk management life-cycle
  • Support ongoing awareness of and training on program requirements and remediation of third-party risks, incidents and policy compliance across CIB
  • Verify proper escalation of third-party risks, issues or events in a timely manner in line with Wells Fargo's policies and in line with business objectives
  • Help design and maintain an operating model that ensures CIB third party risks and life-cycle activities are managed in an efficient manner while maintaining effectiveness
  • Manage a team of business liaisons, relationship managers and regional third party officers
  • Participate in annual risk and control self-assessment, audits, exams, and other inquires on control performance and execution as they arise
  • Have ability to take on expanded leadership role of other front-line risk programs
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years Management experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Business operations, third party or other front line risk program or strategic planning
  • 2+ years of leadership experience and knowledge of Corporate & Investment Banking business (a combination of global Banking, Commercial Real Estate, Capital Markets and Fixed Income and Equities Sales & Trading)
Job Expectations:
  • This a hybrid work schedule 3 days in office 2 days remote in the posted locations
Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $250,000.00
