In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility
- Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives
- Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
- Recommend opportunities for Business Execution process improvement
- Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables
- Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk
- Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
- Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives
- Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group

Coordination of the completion of needs assessments for certain Corporate Risk-owned enterprise policies, as well as related activities needed to receive Corporate Risk and Control Committee approval
Execution of the triage role for Corporate Risk-owned policy exception and violations, which includes completeness reviews for new, updated, or closed records
Execution of a process that provides Corporate Risk policy owner teams visibility into related enterprise-level policies and procedures being updated to support ongoing alignment of our Corporate Risk programs to related policies and procedures
Establish transparent and collaborative relationships with policy owner teams, policy subject matter experts, and peer policy liaison teams
Deliver communications to policy owner teams, policy owner teams, policy subject matter experts, and peer policy liaison teams on policy related expectations, changes, and other updates
Manage Committees Governance Team monitoring processes, including:
execution of quality assurance reviews of governance committees/subcommittees' adherence to the Committees Policy & Procedures
Execute governance committee membership, agenda planner, and decisions inventory reviews to identify and address any misalignments
support of monitoring and quality assurance reviews reporting
Manage and facilitate ad-hoc processes that support policy management and committees governance activities, as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years Management experience
- Must have experience in one or a combination of the following work experiences in Monitoring of Governance Committees and policy adherence, policy liaison, Strategy Consulting, Assurance, Risk Management, Business Operations, Project Management,
- Extensive experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent including strong people management experience
- Ability to present and discuss information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels.
- Significant experience working closely with senior and executive leadership.
- Strong collaborator and empathetic listener who works with diverse groups to solicit multiple perspectives.
- Possesses executive presence, high energy, ability to manage complexity and a broad scope of daily work activities and stakeholders.
- Leads by example with transparency, relationship management, and influencing skills.
- Superior business consulting and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage senior team members
- Ability to strategically review situations and diagnose opportunities and interventions.
- Familiarity with governance & project management
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to deliver multiple efforts simultaneously.
- Reputation for good judgment, integrity, accuracy, attention to detail, consistency, execution
- Experience in drafting concise, impactful reporting for senior management
- Worked in an agile environment with exposure to six sigma concepts
- Experience working horizontally across businesses and functions
- Decision and execution-oriented self-starter able to recognize opportunities for improvement and act on them
- Possesses a sense of urgency about exceeding the objectives of the role
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, combined with strategic business focus and vision.
- Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.
