Business Execution Manager - HL Delegation of Lending Authority

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Manager for Delegation of Lending Authority (DOLA) team within the Home Lending Underwriting, Credit Administration and Operations Risk organization. The DOLA Lending Authority Services team is responsible for reviewing and providing feedback on test cases submitted by underwriters seeking lending authority and providing them coaching and feedback.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage and develop complex teams handling multifaceted tasks and operations for a single business group within a line of business
  • Collaborate with peers to manage and oversee the Delegation of Lending Authority (DOLA) test case process
  • Ensure DOLA test case processes and documentation remain compliant with Delegated Credit Approval Authority (DCAA) enterprise policies
  • Seamlessly collaborate with Credit Strategy and Learning and Development to ensure credit training content remains effective in educating individuals seeking credit authority
  • Engage business stakeholders in integrating or implementing business execution initiatives
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development
  • Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectives
  • Interpret and develop policies and procedures aligned with Wells Fargo's business line objectives
  • Collaborate and consult with immediate colleagues and cross functional business partners
  • Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years Leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Mortgage credit underwriting experience
  • Risk mitigation experience
Job Expectations:
  • This position requires compliance with all mortgages regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$96,600.00 - $171,800.00
