About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant

In this role responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business initiatives within IT&V to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives.
  • Support Onboarding/Offboarding of IT&V team members including access administration and oversight.
  • Supporting the end-to-end production of different IT&V related adhoc and periodic reporting
  • Support IT&V test plan changes
  • Provide oversight of the IT&Vs Shared Drives/SharePoints and record retention requirements
  • Act as a coordinator for IT&V system of records for all the teams within IT&V.
  • Provide Oversight and Maintenance of different IT&V system of records tool.
  • Support maintenance of business-related documents including but not limited to process documents, Org Charts etc
  • Support offline uploads and data entry to IT&V system of records
  • Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
  • Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
  • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
  • Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
  • Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff.

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, self-starter, and highly motivated to work in a fast paced and changing environment.
  • Ability to take ownership of assigned projects and manage details for implementation and ongoing execution, as needed.
  • Ability to retrieve data from various information systems.
  • Experience in the technical build-out and/or support of databases, query tools, reporting tools, BI tools, dashboards, etc. that enable analysis, modeling, and/or data visualization.
  • Experience translating complicated data from multiple sources into insight, knowledge, and understanding for our business partners.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability.
  • Ability to summarize and recommend new strategies/solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to research, trend, and analyze data.
  • Ability to effectively communicate, verbal and written, with various levels of management, including senior leaders and executives.
  • Experience in Audit, Compliance, Risk and Testing
  • Critical Thinking and Analytical skill.
