Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant-End User Computing Tools (EUCT) to be part of our Home Preservation/Default Decisioning Operations Support Team in Global Operations.

In this role, you will:
- Own and maintain End User Computing Tools (EUCTs) to support Home Preservation Underwriting and Second Level Review processes and execution.
- Be responsible for adherence to EUCT policies and documentation requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
- Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
- Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
- Utilize independent judgment to guide and prioritize moderate risk deliverables
- Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
- Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
- Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
- Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff

- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Advanced Skills in Excel including VBA for Applications
- General Knowledge of Default Servicing Operations
- Experience with End-User Computing Tools (EUCT) Policies and Compliance Requirements
- Experience with developing requirements and managing change for business applications
- Proven knowledge with Underwriting processes and procedures
- Ability to identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide swift/thorough resolution
- Experience in testing and monitoring Controls performance
- Strong risk management and compliance skills
- Experience articulating issues, risks, and proposing solutions to various levels of staff and management
- Proven Change Management experience which would include collaborating with cross functional teams (Consumer Control, Compliance, Legal, and business functions) to guide business functions through change management initiatives while ensuring adherence to Change Control Policy.
- Analytical skills focusing on problem solving, process improvement and customer impact in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Technical skills: MSP, ICMP, ECAR, Shaw, WOE, HPA, IRC, IDC, HP2LR, and/or HEPT
- This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
- This position offers a Hybrid work schedule.
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$65,800.00 - $129,900.00
