Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant as part of the Wholesale Operations Data, Analytics and Reporting (DAR) team within Global Operations. This role will be responsible for coordinating and driving key work and initiatives across the Wholesale operations that aligns, transforms, and matures the capabilities and output the team delivers.

Wholesale Operations is comprised of Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Operations, Commercial Banking (CB) Operations, and Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) Operations. The Wholesale Operations DAR team is focused on maturing the data and analytic solutions across these operational units to deliver improved intelligence and insights that dive operational optimizations.

As a Business Execution Consultant, you will be responsible for helping to establish governance, infrastructure, centralized processes, and tracking across our efforts. This role will be responsible for helping with the baselining our existing solutions, identifying and prioritizing opportunities across the organization and driving on-going efforts to mature our solutions and deliver value back to the Wholesale operational teams. The successful candidate will work closely with other senior leaders across Data, Analytics and Reporting, Wholesale and Global Operations, Data Governance, Technology, Risk and Compliance teams. They will have an understanding of operational analysis, be skilled at structuring and solving complex undefined problems and expertise in the delivery of large-scale change.

In this role, you will:
  • Structure approaches and track progress on improvement and centralization efforts.
  • Help define and operationalize reporting to increase transparency of our work back to our clients and to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and help ensure a high level of compliance and risk management is maintained
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities
  • Create and deliver materials to communicate complex issues and work into easily understood messages and stories
  • Collaborate and consult with all levels of employees and leadership
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Understanding and experience in the measurement of operational processes.
  • Ability to develop, execute, and manage plans focused on maturing and delivering operational data and insights.
  • Ability to manage complex data and reporting projects requiring coordination of business and technical resources across different levels.
  • Excellent presentation and communication (verbal and written) skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and succinct manner to audiences with a variety of backgrounds.
  • Experience creating effective executive level presentations using PowerPoint.
  • Experience supporting, WIM, Commercial banking and / or CIB lob experience preferred.
Job Expectations:
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
  • Ability to work on site per Wells Fargo's standard operating model in one of the listed locations (hybrid schedule).
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
