About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant
In this role, you will:
- Be responsible to manage the maintenance / enhancement of UiPath Automations.
- Create user stories and process maps for RPA projects
- Manage Jira Boards, Agile Registry, managing and collating required documentation with respect to automations as per requirements.
- Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to evaluate and resolve issues in order to provide solutions and manage both project schedules and deliverables
- Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology teams
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
- Support Agile delivery that provides business value and delivers quality results ensuring alignment and adherence to Wells Fargo Agile practices, managing capacity and mitigating risk.

- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Previous work on a scrum team or other form of agile team.
- Work on intelligent automation or robotics efforts (UiPath).
- 1+ years of JIRA experience
- Experience successfully collaborating with others in a change driven environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats.
- 2+ years of Experience in UiPath automation enhancements & troubleshooting.
