Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to Identify opportunities for and drive strategic process improvement and simplification initiatives for the business with moderate to high complexity and visibility. In this role, you will:

  • Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing process improvement initiatives to ensure success in meeting business goals and objective
  • Perform process assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Interpret, map and reimagine procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of process improvement programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk
  • Identify process improvement opportunities in Home Lending and develop business cases that drive tangible / measurable efficiency gains - and once initiatives are implemented, ensure expected outcomes are achieved.
  • Collaborate and consult with leaders, business partners and executive management

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Home Lending Originations experience - Fulfillment (sales, processing, underwriting, closing, and funding), Title Operations
  • Loan Origination Systems Experience (LOS)
  • Experience conducting policy assessments
  • Ability to lead projects/initiatives with high risk and complexity
  • Ability to effectively partner and influence at the senior and executive level
  • Ability to implement a solution and communicate, in clear business terms, the benefits of the proposed risk management approach
  • Strong risk management and compliance experience
  • Ability to develop improvement processes and implementation strategies to ensure business continuity/contingency plans
  • Ability to identify and evaluate trends, isolate root cause, and provide swift/thorough resolution
  • Experience conducting root cause analysis for data-driven process-related improvements
  • Experience leading efforts with multiple stakeholder groups
  • Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Job Expectations:
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
  • This position requires compliance with all mortgages regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office/2 day remote).. Preferred Locations listed below. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
