About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant, HR Operations and Service Delivery, to join the Human Resources (HR) Vendor Management team. The Vendor Management team is responsible for optimizing vendor partnerships while ensuring seamless service delivery. In addition, the team is also responsible for vendor onboarding, performance evaluations, contract management, and Third-Party policy adherence. An ideal candidate for this role is self motivated, can influence a team and lead strategic initiatives, collaborating across a large organization. This role will highlight intellectual curiosity and their ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.

In this role, you will:
- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
- Establish a collaborative way in working with 3rd party vendors, Wells Fargo Line of Business Leaders, and other internal Stakeholders such as Supply Chain, Sourcing, HR Control & Third-Party Risk, as well as HR Outsourcing
- Partner closely with Human Resources (HR) third-party vendors within the United States
- Create and manage governance office to manage performance reviews for all HR vendors and global delivery, ensuring timely closure on milestones
- Analyze current state, identify areas of opportunities, and implement changes to the process
- Present Service Level Agreement (SLA) metrics and governance updates regularly and accurately to senior leadership
- Drive SLA benchmarking initiatives with Wells Fargo's Line of Business groups to determine appropriate performance target levels for each engagement
- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience with HR Operations
- Experience working with third-party vendors (vendor management)
- Project management skills
- Technical experience with SharePoint and/or Tableau
- Experience with MS Office Suite applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Experience with HR Service Delivery
- Experience summarizing data into clear and concise communication
- Experience in Business Operations, Risk Management, Implementation, or Strategic Planning
- Strong team player, with outstanding customer focus and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with their client base and HR team
- Must maintain a position of objectivity, maintaining sound judgment and consistent advice to the client base
- Self-starter with great stakeholder focus
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
