About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to support the Home Lending Social Media Program. Our Retail Sales teams use social media as part of prospecting to promote themselves and Wells Fargo's products and services. Home Lending has 3 approved social media platforms for business use: Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. The Social Media Program provides setup and support for users as well as assistance is driving users' quality earned media value and optimization to reach their business goals. The program is responsible for oversight and monitoring to confirm compliance with Wells Fargo guidelines and regulatory requirements.
In this role, you will:
- Execute Home Lending Social Media Controls through daily compliance reviews to confirm users interact on social media compliantly.
- Coach and guide users on compliant use of social media.
- Work directly with the Home Lending social media users to create/update their professional profiles on Facebook, LinkedIn, and/or Instagram to affirm compliance with Wells Fargo brand standards and regulatory disclosure requirements.
- Assist social media users in connecting their professional social media accounts to the Home Lending's social media middleware tool.
- Seek opportunities to grow Home Lending Social Media program, ROI and improve user experience through content enhancements, campaigns and tailored tiered user training.
- Maintain job aids, user guides and program guidelines to ensure guidance is accurate, easy to use and timely.

- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
- Determine areas of strength or Business Execution opportunity within defined scope of work
- Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
- Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
- Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
- Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
- Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
- Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of experience creating and executing social media content and plans
- 2+ years of coaching experience
- Experience tracking, analyzing and interpreting social media data to identify trends and optimize campaigns
- Experience tracking and analyzing social media metrics such as: engagement, reach and page traffic.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) skills
- Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest
- Knowledge and understanding and implementation of security and privacy policies and procedures as they relate to social media and banking
- Experience using social media analytics software
- Experience with Hearsay or other Middleware tools
- Ability to provide leadership by coaching, training, and mentoring
- Knowledge and understanding of audit review
- Experience with information security and risk management including: policy and standards, information security assessment, and mitigation solution design and implementation
- Experience conducting project meetings, presentations and status reporting
- Process improvement experience
- Experience working on risk applications
- Experience with compliance training
