About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a candidate who will be the liaison between the Product teams, Customer Relationship View (CRV) Operations Scrum team, and our EIT technology partners, the core objective for this person will be to create, maintain and manage all production support needs, including bug identification and prioritization, user needs, system performance, Business Continuity Planning, environment soundness, as well as Help Desk support and education. This individual will partner with the CRV onshore team helping to lead and play a major role partnering with EIT on the systems overall "Safety and Soundness" evaluations, along with any correction actions that are required. The successful individual will work with all roles on the CRV product including Product Managers, Product Owners, and Platform and Data teams, to conduct analyses and apply results which may include platform performance SLA's, development of business cases while working to mitigate any known risks and report creating to drive clarity into the overall soundness of the system. This role will provide assistance in managing project queues, defining user requirements and acting as the second line of support for the field. Testing, management of small changes, and acting as subject matter experts on identified issues, task forces, or special project teams also will be a part of this role.

In this role, you will:
  • Overall day to day support of the Salesforce CRM (CRV) application, access to the tool and functionality.
  • Consultation, direction and oversight to technology and Scrum Team partners to ensure standards and critical path deliverables are met to support the CRV (Salesforce CRM) application.
  • Analysis and communication of application progress, schedules, and risks for all support issues or changes.
  • Identification and assistance in the resolution of issues.
  • Analysis and troubleshooting of user reported issues and escalated issues.
  • Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business,
  • Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: Salesforce CRM support, Business Analysis, Business operations..
  • Certified in Salesforce Administration
Desired Qualifications:
  • Financial services industry experience.
  • SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience.
  • Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good analytical skills including strategically analyzing data and diagnosing opportunities/interventions.
  • Experience using Agile principles, including planning, and estimating with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Attention to detail - demonstrated ability to identify areas of improvement in your work.
  • Highly comfortable in learning new systems and interfaces in a fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated initiative to identify business improvement opportunities and drive completion of tasks, projects, and initiatives.
Job Expectations:
  • Responsible for coordinating with other analysts and product owners.
  • Strong communication skills, problem solving and interpersonal relationship building.
  • Works effectually and individually with technical and non-technical team members to understand cases raised by Bankers.
  • Basic knowledge of banking strategy and Salesforce CRM support.
  • Partner & collaborate with stakeholders located both locally & globally in achieving shared business objectives & goals.
  • Should be able to support the shift from 1:30 pm IST to 10:30 pm IST.
  • Assist with program documentation, as applicable.
  • Communicating issues identified and deliver status updates in a timely manner to business and technology stakeholders.
  • Experience in using Tools like JIRA and Confluence.
