About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a business execution consultant to join the Publishing Team in Public Affairs. This position will deliver timely and highly confidential enterprise-wide communications for executive level, external, and HR & Employee communications. Duties include distributing emails and publishing web content to internal websites, publishing press releases to the Wells Fargo newsroom, partnering with business communicators and technology platform owners to enhance both customer experiences and publishing processes. This position will also include a high focus on accessibility compliance; testing and evaluating products and services and providing recommendations to improve accessibility.

The Publishing Team is part of the Communications & Integrated Marketing team in Public Affairs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Stages and publishes content to enterprise and division website portals
  • Creates, schedules, and sends executive level and enterprise email communications in a proprietary in-house email system
  • Creates and provides email compliance and distribution related reports.
  • Adheres to all documented processes for publishing, distribution and reporting.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to support enterprise related content, topics, and end-to-end communications.
  • Ensure published communications are accessibility compliant
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to implement accessibility improvements
  • Stay updated on current accessibility standards and best practices
  • Provide recommendations and education around improving and meeting accessibility standards
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience working with various content management and content distribution tools (i.e. Adobe AEM, Content Express and SharePoint)
  • Experience with Dreamweaver, HTML, and exposure to Eloqua or Salesforce email subscriptions.
  • Experience supporting publishing and distribution across Multilanguage audiences.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics and other website and email tracking tag strategies.
  • Experience with online accessibility standards and how to maintain accessibility compliance.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite (Work, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
