In this role, you will:
- Deliver instructor-led training for new hire and ongoing education on procedures, policies, systems and customer service skills, primarily for our Loan Maintenance line of business and Loan IQ system.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive training and procedural materials to ensure alignment with business needs and compliance standards.
- Engage in various business operations to contribute to the achievement of strategic goals and objectives.
- Identify strength and opportunities for improvement within the defined operational scope.
- Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables and provide insights across supporting functions within the business.
- Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business.
- Collaborate and consult with leadership and executive management to drive training and development initiatives.
- Partner with team members to manage projects effectively and ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as require by the organization

- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Extensive knowledge in Loan IQ (LIQ)
- Commercial Banking Operations Experience
- Familiarity with internal operations within the Loan Maintenance line of business
- Experience in creating and modifying business-related materials
- Proficiency in conducting effective training sessions
- Strategic Mindset: The ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the bank's goals and objectives
- Proven ability to meet expectations in a fast-paced non-consistent environment with multiple accountabilities happening simultaneously
- Proven background demonstrating the ability to implement solutions that deliver results to be measured and quantified
- Ability to identify and define efficiency opportunities within lending operations to standardize processes and mitigate risk
- Sound verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate clearly and concisely with internal customers, peers and leadership
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to create visuals including charts and graphics, to enhance the storytelling to make it more digestible
- Facilitate training with individuals and groups of employees, focusing onboarding and continued education on system and processes, in addition to customer experience skills
- Create procedural and training materials adhering to compliance guidelines
- Responsible for project and time management to ensure timely deliverables
- Report on business-related metrics as required
- Maintain regular communication with leadership supporting organization goals
- Understand and adhere to business risks and policies relevant to our organization
- Stay informed about key changes impacting servicing personnel
- Work additional hours as needed
