About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant as part of Consumer Lending, Card and Merchant Services. This individual will be responsible for collaborating with 3rd party vendors, implementation and configuration of Fiserv, and working across business lines to deliver credit card packages to customers. This position will be on the Plastics/BIN team in Product Capabilities. This role will manage collateral inventory, conduct audits, and work to set-up card carriers on Fiserv.

In this role, you will:
- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by conducting root cause testing of all compliance and business metrics
- Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
- Manage daily On Hold and Reject card carrier reports
- Works On Hold and Reject reports in a timely and accurate fashion
- Collaborates with internal and external partners to ensure card packages mail within 24-48 hours
- Reviews reports daily to ensure all items are complete on the spreadsheets
- Onsite Audit at Fiserv

- Conducts quarterly card carrier audits
- Reconciliation of plastics and inserts bi-annually
- Creates BRD, testing, production validations for new or updates to card carriers
- Sets up the PCF / DQ requirements for carriers
- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Highly desired Fiserv (First Data) experience
- Experience navigating through ambiguity
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership
- Ability to work across multiple lines of business leading large scale initiatives
- Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills
- Experience translating business needs into complex analysis, designs and recommendations
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access) skills
- Familiarity with Visa, Mastercard and/or Amex network specifications
- Understanding how these four parties work together: Merchant, Network, Processor, Wells Fargo
- Broader payments experience
- Must be available to work a hybrid model where you will be working on-site 3 days and at home 2 days
