In this role you will:
The Business Execution Consultant position will be part of the Commercial Banking Access Management team and will be responsible for providing matrix support to Commercial Banking. The Business Execution Consultant will be expected to execute various access management activities including but not limited to the items outlined herein:

- Follow documented policies and procedures to support risk-based access management provisioning and certification processes.
- Support employee lifecycle access management activities (new hires, re-hires, transfers, terminations, leave of absence, and required absence)
- Facilitate general access processes for specific lines of businesses application and tool processes
- Support application teams in the on-boarding of new entitlements, changes to existing entitlements and aligning appropriate employee access to those entitlements.
- Adhere to and maintain SIMBA role-based profile access management matrices. Including working with managers to certify and updated profiles when needed.
- Partner with control, risk and technology to identify, document, and manage risks within the access management provisioning and certification processes.
- Serve as the approver for the application entitlements and exception access approver.
- Participate and support both internal and external audit request.
- Provide back up support for peers and other support groups when needed.
- 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate, lead and facilitate group meetings
- Ability to successfully operate in a complex and matrixed environment
- Strong analytical, strategic planning and project management skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with employees
- Strong time management, organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint and PowerPoint) skills
- Working knowledge of Commercial Banking, and the following tools ART, AIMS, JIRA, Request Center and SIMBA
- Knowledge and understanding of IAM (Identity and Access Management)
