About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant

In this role, you will:

  • Develop routine and rigor to ensure delivery of policy compliant automated solutions that adhere to all enterprise policies (i.e. Technology Solutions Management, Change Management, etc.).
  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to strategic initiatives across the Line of Business.
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned tasks.
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business.
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners.

  • 10+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.8+ years of relevant experience in business strategy, business management, Finance, transformation & advisory
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft 365 Suite (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Knowledge or experience with analytical and Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Query and Power BI, Tableau)
  • Good expertise on Data management, Excel / MIS / Reporting Tools / Power Point.
  • Review and identify areas for improvement leading to operational efficiency, process optimization, and field acceleration working with various teams within the organization (operations, IT, leadership, etc.)
  • Experience with risk and control framework.
  • Understanding of Shadow IT policy requirements
  • Reporting - Dashboard and Scorecard, MBR, business analysis
  • Proven experience and track record in creating and executing strategic programs and working in strategic consulting teams.
  • Working closely with data, analytics and technology teams across the business, shape solution designs which meets business needs as well as aligning to the broader strategic objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills with business analysis experience or equivalent. Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations preferred.
  • Ability to transform a business problem to a data problem is required.
  • Previous experience in data commercialization will be advantageous.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Oversee the strategy, priorities, and business management.
  • Drive strategic planning and priorities.
  • Build presentations and represent in internal and external forums.
  • Tenacity to drive the program forward and obtain favorable results, amidst constant change.
  • Experience developing and enhancing documentation and communications reports using a wide array of information sources and publishing to different audiences, including senior management, corporate risk groups and regulators.
  • Adaptable to rapid large-scale changes in business processes and organizational structure
  • Comfortable working in a complex matrix environment with simultaneous responsibility to business line management and department, group and corporate level risk teams
  • Must have advanced verbal, Written and strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner.
  • Shift Timings will require overlap with USA, a regular workday will be from 7.30pm IST - 04.30AM IST, subject to later hours at times.
  • Candidate must be based out of Wells Fargo India location and will be required to work in the office as per organization's In Office Adherence / Return To Office (RTO) which is currently at a minimum of 4 days per week.
Mandatory Skill Sets:
  • Power BI Report development Expertise
  • Hands on experience in Power Apps / Power Query / Sharepoint
  • VBA good to have.
