About this role:
Loudspeaker is Wells Fargo's company-wide employee feedback and ideas program. Employees from across the company share their ideas for improvement, feedback on pain points, and ways to improve both customer and employee experience. The Loudspeaker program delivers a high-touch response to every employee submission. The Loudspeaker team is seeking new Loudspeaker Consultants (Business Execution Consultants) to support Human Resources. Loudspeaker consultants are responsible for managing Loudspeaker submissions for their assigned line of business or functional group. This includes writing initial outreach messages to submitters, routing submissions to the appropriate Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring the response meets program SLAs, and writing decision messages and updates to the submitters. Loudspeaker Consultants also maintain strong relationships with SMEs and Accountable Leaders in their line of business.

In this role, you will:
- Track and manage Loudspeaker submissions through the entire lifecycle, including initial outreach, decision, and follow up on implementation of employee ideas.
- Interact directly with employees who submit ideas and feedback to Loudspeaker, primarily by written communication (email), and in some cases, via phone/Teams.
- Partner with SMEs to ensure employee feedback is understood and responded to in alignment with program guidelines and SLAs.
- Write high-touch decision responses back to submitters, ensuring each employee feels heard and valued. Written communication should show empathy, provide good details, and be easily understood by the submitter.
- Maintain strong relationships with SMEs and Accountable Leaders, ensuring they have the tools, resources, and program information needed to be successful. This may include holding regular meetings with key stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of employee feedback within assigned areas and consult with leaders on key themes, opportunities, and common pain points.
- 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Strong attention to detail
- 6+ Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) skills, specifically Excel
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality
- Ability to consult, build, and maintain solid working relationships in and outside of immediate department
- Experience in Human Resources
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Ability to exercise independent judgment to identify and resolve problems
- Solid critical thinking skills
- This role is accountable to work a shift of 3.30 pm to 12.30 am
