About this role:
The Business Execution Associate will support managing the various administrative policies and procedures of CIB on a daily basis and will be responsible for working with the COO team to assist with all daily operational task. The Business Execution Associate will also collaborate with the assigned line of business within CIB CRE to execute on activities including but not limited to:
- Onboarding/Offboarding
- Space Planning
- Monitor and oversee access request and reviews
- Equipment Management to ensure standardization
- Vendor Management to ensure standardization
- Ensure compliance with WF/CIB policies and procedures

In this role, you will:
- Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
- Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners
- Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff
- 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Corporate and investment banking industry experience
- Ability to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to research and report on a variety of issues using problem solving skills
- Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management
- Experience with hiring, onboarding, and space planning tool HOST
- Experience developing improvement processes and implementation strategies
- Responds to requests and inquiries in a timely manner
- Adhere to confidentiality practices
- Works well in a team environment; demonstrates collaboration and partnership
- Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed

Salary Range:
Charlotte, NC: $63,600 - $113,000 USD Annual

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
