Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Communications Senior Manager reporting to the head of Business Communications for Global Operations. This position is an opportunity to lead the development and implementation of integrated internal communications strategy, content, and creative solutions to support high priority initiatives. This role will lead a team of communication consultants and engagement projects in collaboration with peers across the Global Operations organization.

In this role, you will:
  • Manage and develop a team of Business Communications Consultants while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility.
  • Build and maintains solid partnerships with assigned internal clients to better develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate strategic communications designed to meet business goals.
  • Define key performance indicators for each communications channel which will indicate a campaigns level of success.
  • Design campaigns to target specific audiences, placing an emphasis on discipline on campaign performance to help with recommendation for future programs.
  • Research and understands key business challenges, customer behavior, target audiences, and environmental factors that impact programs within the business and assigned departments.
  • Identify and present opportunities for consistency in messaging and customer experience across channels from in-store signage to digital to print.
  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Communications
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 3+ years Management experience & Communications

  • Strong, versatile copywriting skills
  • Good organizational, planning, and coordination skills
  • Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as needed.
  • Desire to take full ownership of assigned projects and work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Possesses a sense of urgency; is initiative-taking and detail minded.
  • Strong people and collaborative skills.
  • Proactive approach in resolving problems and issues.
  • Working knowledge of current trends in digital, web content management systems experience
