About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Valuations Coordinator in the Asset Monitoring Borrowing Base Team as part of Commercial Lending Operations division. Learn more about the career areas and business divisions at wellsfargojobs.com .

This position will assist the team with managing the individual and team pipelines. The team does this by managing multiple inboxes to assign incoming work, answering questions, addressing some escalations.

In this role, you will:
  • Perform valuation reviews to confirm appropriate content and compliance with federal, regulatory and bank policy
  • Evaluate and decision collateral for minimally complex consumer requests
  • Suspend collateral decision until deficiencies are resolved
  • Review and decision of collateral valuations
  • Assist with the calculations and preparation of reports for review
  • Receive direction from leaders and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
  • Interact daily with internal and external partners to clarify quality concerns identified during the review process
  • Interact external customers in a customer support role
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ months of Valuations or Lending experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Great attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Ability to manage a busy email inbox
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience working in Loan IQ and AFS
  • Ability to interpret Loan Documentation
  • Pipeline management
