About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Securities Product Manager who will be responsible for the evaluation, development, and ongoing management of securities products to meet Wells Fargo client needs and requirements.
In this role, you will:
- Participate in complex initiatives and identify opportunity for process improvements within Securities Product Management
- Complete retail and institutional structured notes offerings for US and non-US clients
- Coordinate and present to various internal committees relating to the underwriting of the structured notes
- Deliver automation and streamline suggestions relating to the checklist and procedures associated with the RAU
- Present additional issuers for addition to the structured and non-structured fast track programs for both WFS and WFSIL
- Engage with sales on potential offerings based on the client objectives and program capabilities
- Provide ongoing metrics relating to the underwriting of structured notes and peer institutions
- Build and review Thunderhead templates for document automation relating Wells Fargo institutional and retail distribution

- 2+ years of Securities Product Management or legal assistant experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience with other issuer SEC programs and offering documents relating to equity linked transactions
- Ability to understand SEC registered offerings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (e.g., PowerPoint)
- Ability to execute existing and evolving RAU controls
- Exceptional problem solving abilities
- This position requires compliance with all Wells Fargo's compliance policies. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$133,300.00 - $237,100.00
