About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Quality Assurance Administrator
In this role, you will:
- Provide quality control support
- Perform quality reviews and ensure control procedures are followed
- Identify, research, resolve and report all discrepancies related to claims, procedural issues, and quality data transmissions
- Document quality issues and performance measures for management review
- Provide support to the business line staff in the areas of reporting and business documentation
- Evaluate the quality and accuracy of work being reviewed
- Work closely with both internal and external customers to meet their service needs
- Act as a subject matter expertise
- Provide information and assist in the feedback and education to staff

- 6+ months of Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Understanding about branch banking.
• Responsible for branch control review by following policy and procedures.
• Doing regular follow up on the end-to-end AU review and finalization.
• Ensure observations noted and marked in the document.
• Maintain quality connects with the business partners both onshore and offshore.
• Work as a team to meet individual and business goals.
• Focus on meeting everyday productivity and ensure TAT adherence.
• To meet accuracy and productivity standards
• Timely response to all the email.
• Expect to meet all policy and procedure in Ethical behavior
• University degree in Business or related discipline.
• Experience of 0-6 months in Process Risk / Controls.
• Strong analytical skills.
•Fluency in communication
•Certification in Risk will be an added advantage
•SharePoint knowledge
•Knowledge in Branch Operations would be an added advantage.
