Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operation
In this role, you will:
- Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature
- Receive, log, batch, and distribute work
- File, photocopy, and answer phones
- Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
- Work under close supervision following established procedures

- 6+ months of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 6+ months Cash vault or cash handling experience
- 10-key numerical data entry experience
- Knowledge and understanding of cash vault operations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Experience working high-volume, fast-paced, deadline-oriented production environment
- Ability to achieve high production and quality standards
- Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
- Training: (on the job training)
- Hours: Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm until work is completed (requires the flexibility to work additional hours to support business needs)
- Standing up to 6-8 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds/CasVault (lifting and pulling)
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
