In this role, you will:
- Lead a team of Customer Service and Collection agents
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development by ensuring coordination of work activities to achieve the volume expected and to meet operational requirements in Customer Service and Collections functional areas
- Make day to day supervisory decisions
- Resolve issues to monitor work allocation and operations under the direction of senior management by leveraging interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with immediate Customer Service and Collections teams and managers while interacting with external customers
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

- 2+ years of Account Resolution experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 1+ years Leadership experience
- Strong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills
- Leadership skills including coaching, training, and mentoring
- Ability to take initiative, identify opportunities and implement change
- Ability to identify risk exposures and propose solutions
- Solid conflict management and decision-making skills
- Ability to research and report on a variety of issues using problem solving skills
- Ability to assess current processes/procedures and make recommendations for efficiency
- Ability to track and report, help identify and streamline processes
- Experience dealing with escalated complaints
- Ability to communicate effectively with leadership
- Knowledge and understanding of Auto lending policies, and procedures
- Must work on-site at stated location on the job opening
