Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Executive Specialist to support the Consumer Lending Operations Business Management Executive and his direct reports. This role will be based in Willington, DE.
The Associate Executive Specialist must be capable of working in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking and appropriately handling confidential information. This role will have the ability to anticipate the needs of the executive as well as proactively and independently solve problems. The ideal candidate must be experienced in managing a wide range of executive and administrative support related tasks, be exceedingly well organized and flexible, and enjoy a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.

In this role, you will:
- Provide a high level of professional support which includes a balance of experienced executive level administrative work, as well, as ongoing ad-hoc project and business initiatives such as planning meetings, tracking deliverables and pulling routine reports
- Perform heavy calendaring, travel planning, document creation and editing, and preparing expense report submissions
- Support projects, as needed
- Assist with creation/modifications of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents.
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when appropriate.
- Organize team communications and planning of team events, both internally and offsite.
- Support ad-hoc projects and business initiatives.
- Receive direction from supervisor and exercise judgement within defined parameters while developing understanding of the Administrative Support function
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- 6+ months of Executive Administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Previous office administration experience within a large and complex organization
- Self-starter, quick-learner, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage competing priorities i.e., calendar management.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and use initiative.
- Ability to work under conflicting priorities and pressures; role often requires a high degree of flexibility and re-prioritization on short notice.
- Proven track record for consistently meeting and exceeding goals and delivering a superior level of job performance.
- Experience supporting ad-hoc projects and/or business initiatives.
- Tact and good judgement with confidential information and proven experience interacting with executive leadership.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving skills, flexibility and adaptability are needed to prioritize and resolve issues in a timely manner and results driven approach to work.
- An ability to influence, develop, partner with, and maintain collaborative relations at all levels within the organization.
- This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
