About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Administrative Assistant for Commerical Banking. This role is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to management teams or product areas or senior executives. The Administrative and Executive Assistant focus specializes in providing administrative and secretarial support for a department or group of individuals or senior executives. Responsibilities may include meeting coordination, supplies and equipment ordering, assistant coordination, payroll for staff eligible for overtime, overtime reports, handling calls and preparing correspondence, establishing and implementing office procedures, and acting as an information source on company policies.

In this role, you will:
  • Support Administrative Assistants or leaders by performing routine administrative tasks
  • Identify ways to improve individual work processes within established administrative procedures
  • Perform routine administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, distributing mail, producing routine documents and reports, using word processing and spreadsheet software, performing routine data entry operation, answering, as well as directing phone calls, and taking messages as needed
  • Receive direction from administrative assistants, supervisors, or leaders
  • Escalate questions and issues to more experienced individuals
  • Interact with immediate Administrative Assistants team on basic information, as well as internal and external clients
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ months of Administrative Support experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Must have completed at least 2 years of college education
  • Basic knowledge of vendor/supplier invoicing
  • Experienced in Calendar Management of C Levels
  • Experienced in international travel management
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Advanced clerical ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to solve new and difficult problems with patience and resourcefulness
  • Confident in business correspondence (verbal and written)
  • Excellent data entry skills
  • Ability to succeed in team environment
  • Ability to multi-task and accomplish tasks effectively
  • Driven and highly motivated
Job Expectations:
  • Supplier invoice processing and tracking
  • Calendar Management and Travel Arrangement of at least five leaders
  • Full time work on site from 7PM-4AM (MNL time) on the first month, hybrid for the following months and onwards depending on training assessment
  • Workdays are Monday-Friday, weekends off
  • Amenable to work at 5NEO, BGC, Taguig
