About this role:

This position in our In-House Agency ( wellocreative.com ) will be responsible for integrated marketing campaigns that support the Consumer Lending businesses. This person, in collaboration with key stakeholders, will lead the development of creative solutions that drive customer acquisition and engagement. This position can sit in Charlotte, NC or Minneapolis, MN and is required to be in the office 3 days a week. The Wells Fargo job profile is Senior Marketing Consultant.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns in support of Consumer Lending
  • Craft actionable creative briefs that inspire great work
  • Collaborate with creative team to deliver work that is on brief and on budget
  • Collaborate with marketing partners on immediate needs and with long-term planning
  • Lead with customer-focused mindset, delivering work grounded in customer insights

Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience working for an advertising, branding, or marketing agency
  • Experience driving omnichannel campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels
  • Experience managing relationships and collaborating with external agencies
  • Experience executing direct mail marketing campaigns
  • Experience consulting and influencing senior leaders, partners, and peers
  • Experience presenting information in a manner that enhances understanding at all levels
  • Experience working on campaigns with dynamic content and/or programmatic advertising
