The Consumer Lending team partners with other businesses across Wells Fargo to create and deliver transformational experiences that help customers gain access to credit. The vision for the Consumer Lending business is to leverage technology and data to make it simple for customers to easily access credit when and where they need it. Consumer Lending serves customers across the country through our distribution network of more than 5,300 retail banking branches and Home Lending offices, as well as online and digital channels.

Program Overview:

Wells Fargo is committed to developing the leaders of tomorrow, and as part of that commitment, we are proud to offer the Consumer Lending Analyst Program. You will begin your two-year rotational program with a robust orientation and training experience, and then launch into your first of multiple business rotations. During your time as a Consumer Lending Analyst, you will gain experience and exposure to various business segments within the organization anchored in product management, credit acumen, and/or data & analytics.

You will have dedicated program management support, and an opportunity to apply anyltical thinking skills to positively impact the organization. This program is designed to provide undergraduate students a blend of business and professional development training opportunities that incorporate real-world experiences to launch your career at Wells Fargo.

In this role, you will:
  • Receive various on-the job trainings and supplemental development to support building your knowledge, professional, and technical skills within Consumer Lending
  • Analyze data and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Gain insights and experience collaboration with business partners on credit culture, business strategy, product management, data analysis, and analytical thinking
  • Work on business-driven initiatives
  • Refine your skills while expanding your professional network across the firm through mentorship, sponsorship, and engaging with senior leadership
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals.
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree candidate with an expected graduation date in December 2024 - May/June 2025.
  • Proficiency in any of these tools, Power Bi, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, SQL, and/or other analytics tools.
  • Ability to quickly evaluate and solve analytical problems in a fast-paced environment
  • BA/BS degree candidate with a concentration in: Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Operations Management, Business Statistics, or Business Administration/Business Management.
  • Thrive in fast paced, collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and self-starter initiative through projects, coursework, and/or extracurricular enrichment activities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form.

Program Duration: 2 years, 40 hours per week

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$18.00 - $65.00
