As the Search Manager, you will play the key role in running WeightWatcher's multi-million dollar, in-house, Paid Search investment, delivering both near-term and long-term business results. You must have a passion for all things Paid Search (including App campaigns), and your main areas of focus will be supporting all Paid Search initiatives, data analysis, reporting and project management, globally. Your work will be paramount in helping WeightWatchers improve and expand its Paid Search presence, helping new and returning WeightWatchers customers find the important information they're looking for at any and every point in their wellness journeys.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Global SEM Lead WW's Paid Search program, optimizing towards ambitious performance goals via campaign management and launches, rigorous testing and learning, evaluating bid strategies and targeting, and optimization to overall LTV.
- Ensure delivery of our SEM budget to goal, through continuous pacing and forecasting; with an eye to business performance and output
- Drive reporting, insights, and analysis that accurately measure channel performance to targets, through presentations & discussion to greater teams & leadership
- Work with measurement teams to develop and execute a robust testing plan that will uncover optimization opportunities across tactics within the channel, including but not limited to ad copy testing, landing page optimization, audience testing, and more.
- Partner with internal stakeholders (Site Marketing & Promotions, Strategy, Creative etc), as well as our platform account teams to effectively achieve growth goals
- Train & mentor junior team members on Search & App 101
- Stay on top of the always-evolving digital marketing landscape, through our platform partners, industry news/events to emerging technology, etc
- Close collaboration with other Performance channel leads including Paid Social, Affiliate, Display, Video, Email and more.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Digital Marketing with Performance Marketing experience.
- Demonstrated experience working in clTV:CAC and/or ROAS environment.
- Hands-on in-platform experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads and Apple Search Ads, bid management tools and/or Search Ads 360.
- Experience executing large annual budgets.
- Expert level understanding of optimization against CPA/cLTV/CPC with a hunger to drive business results.
- Strong understanding of audience use in media, and associated experience(s) throughout their journeys.
- Analytical mindset and experience with analytics tools (i.e. GA360, Looker, Excel, etc).
- Understanding and comfort in executing testing practices (A/B, incrementality, etc).
