Overview

TA Instruments is seeking a passionate individual who is early in their career to join our Marketing team. Marketing communication is one of the driving forces behind our business for brand awareness and demand generation as well as to provide an outstanding customer experience. You will be responsible for putting TA Instruments Division's marketing strategy into action by planning and executing omni-channel marketing campaigns and partnering with local and global sales, application, and service teams. You will gain exposure to a variety of industries and job roles that can serve as a solid foundation for your career development.

This role will be based in Shanghai. Occasional travel to trade shows, customer events, and meetings will be expected.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of omnichannel marketing activities. Track ROI for marketing campaigns.
  • Help with the maintenance of media platforms and SEO/SEM activities
  • Handle customer inquiries and manage leads through the CRM system.
  • Cross-function and cross-region collaboration to meet business goals.
  • Help with vendor management and marketing-related inventory management.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree is a must. Academic background in Chemistry, Biology, Material Science, Physics, or Engineering, or a basic understanding of thermal analysis or rheology is a plus.
  • The ability to communicate fluently in both English and Chinese is strongly desired.
  • Candidate must be a team player with attention to detail.
  • Ability to travel domestically (5-10%).
