Overview
We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Manager/Senior Manager of Performance Management & Development to drive meaningful performance conversations, equip managers to lead effectively, and support employees in growing their careers. This critical role will lead the design and execution of global performance management, manager development, and employee development strategies that align with our evolving business and people priorities.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally with HRBPs, Talent Analytics, DEI, and business leaders to bring structure, consistency, and innovation to how we manage performance and grow talent.
This is a hybrid role - 3 days per week on site (Tuesday - Thursday) based out of our Milford, MA HQ

Responsibilities
Performance Management Strategy
- Lead the end-to-end design and execution of our global performance management process
- Align performance practices with our values, leadership expectations, and business goals
- Create and maintain training, communications, toolkits, and timelines for managers and employees
- Partner with Talent Analytics to assess performance outcomes and make continuous improvements
Manager Development
- Design and deliver a scalable, global manager development strategy to support new and experienced leaders
- Launch foundational and ongoing development experiences for managers across levels and geographies
- Build tools, guides, and campaigns that support manager capability, confidence, and connection
- Facilitate or coordinate live/virtual learning opportunities as needed
Employee Development & Career Growth
- Serve as talent function lead for enterprise career pathing project, partnering with business and HR leaders to define, structure and communicate career pathways across functions.
- Develop and scale frameworks and tools that support individual development plans (IDPs) and employee-led growth
- Embed inclusion and the value of difference as core capabilities in development programs
- Embed development planning into performance, talent review, and onboarding processes to promote a culture of continuous growth
Change Management & Communication
- Lead effective change strategies for new processes and development initiatives
- Create clear, engaging communications to drive adoption and understanding across the employee lifecycle
- Champion a growth mindset culture through storytelling, engagement campaigns, and aligned experiences
Qualifications
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
- 8+ years of experience in talent development, performance management, or HR strategy
- Experience designing and implementing global talent or performance programs
- Strong project management and change management capabilities
- Strong facilitation and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Global or matrixed organization experience required
- Experience working with learning systems (LMS), IDP tools, or performance platforms a plus
- Experience partnering with DEI, Talent Analytics, and HRBPs strongly preferred
