Overview
TA instruments is seeking a Sr. Pharma Sales Manager to support the strategic and high-growth opportunity market in the Pharma industry to focus our resources and establish TA capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and execute the business growth strategy for the equipment Sales business in whole China pharma market to gain market share and realize our full potential
- Achieve the annual targets of System Sales in pharma industry including Sales Revenue and margins and other key business KPIs
- Utilize the network to ensure the right tools and materials are available to ensure the effective implementation and successful execution of Marketing programs & initiatives and business development programs to achieve individual and collective financial goals
- Work in close cooperation with the other Region Managers, specifically in jointly developing cross-selling opportunities with System Sales
- Investigate business development opportunities for System Sales through existing or new distribution channels
- Maintain and regularly update business forecasts. Review, analysis and report business results. Participating in the Annual Operating Planning process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and key opinion leaders in China.
- Lead the team in a matrix environment to deliver customer centric marketing programs and tools that are differentiated and provide increased measurable value to targeted customer segments, aligned to TA's growth strategies.
- Understand new policies, regulation/analyze government investment trends and activities.
- Manage customer relationship -Win shares at targeted markets and customers.
- Other tasks assigned by line manager.

Qualifications
- Bachelor or above degree
- 10 years Life science/medical device commercial background
- Proven track record for successful delivery of commercial projects, which includes good commercial conflict and problem resolution capability and resource management.
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and interpersonal skills in a multi-cultural working environment
- A quick learner in business and capable of taking advantage of tools and technology
- Fluent English and Mandarin both in spoken and written
