Overview

Service Sales Manager is a driven and innovative leader that will drive to grow service contract business which is more than 20% of total company revenue(40MUSD in 2024). Service Sales Manager also responsible for creating annual operating plan with APAC business partners and build service business strategy to achieve operating plan. Also responsible for forecasting management for overall service business. Reporting to the Service Director and influence to other service managers. In this capacity, he/she will also proactively partner with the commercial team to growth install base(IB) and to contribute to total company growth.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve AOP for service contract business.
  • Build and execute contract service business strategy
  • Build overall service business growth strategy
  • Manage and develop service sales and inside service sales team
  • Manage overall service business forecasting
  • Lead building strong relationship with VIP customer with commercial team
  • Lead building relationship with local dealer to sell service contract
  • Evaluate and implement new strategies for to drive Service business growth
  • Staff hiring, training and development

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration etc.
  • Knowledge of Waters' product suite (LC, LC/MS, HPLC/UPLC, HRMS, SFC & Informatics)
  • Minimum of 5 years prior management experience
  • Fluent in Japanese, with strong English language skills (spoken and written)
