Overview

Waters Corporation is currently looking for a Senior Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our senior level hiring needs. This person will play a critical role in supporting senior leaders across the organisation in the recruitment of Director level and above hires globally.

Reporting to the Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will drive results and impact the organisation by providing insight, creativity and staying current on innovative sourcing and recruiting techniques to achieve all elements of the recruiting cycle.

This is an exciting opportunity to support a global organisation through a period transformation. We are seeking a motivated recruiter with experience in senior level or executive level hiring who can help identify and recruit top talent to Waters.

We have a flexible approach to work and this role can be based out of either our HQ in Milford, MA or Wilmslow, UK site.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer processes for open positions within assigned business areas, with particular focus on (but not limited to) senior level roles (Director and above).
  • Partnering with key internal senior level stakeholders, VPs and SVPs throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of job responsibilities for required competencies, skills, and knowledge required of successful applicants
  • Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or applying a multitude of resources to assure a talent pipeline
  • Utilize applicant tracking system to maintain candidate data and post job openings
  • Ensure proper documentation meets compliance of the recruitment process
  • Passionate advocate for candidate experience with a continuous improvement and growth mindset
  • Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline using research, networking, etc. for prospective candidates
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to build effective sourcing and assessment strategies to achieve hiring results
  • Provide expertise on the employment market, trends and innovative techniques to ensure Waters' competitiveness in hiring
  • Be a champion and advocate of Waters' global DEI recruitment strategy, and inclusion and diversity initiatives.

Qualifications

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Strong recruiting experience preferably supporting both agency and in-house.
  • Experience in supporting the hiring of senior level hiring globally (Director and above).
  • Consultative approach and ability to adapt to different role requirements and subject areas.
  • Experience in screening/interviewing/negotiating/closing with candidates.
  • Ability to continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches for sourcing and delivering top talent into the candidate pipeline.
  • Successful track record of achieving targets such as deadlines and recruiting goals and other important metrics, as defined.
  • Self-starter with a great work ethic and collaborative mentality
  • Demonstrated ability to tell the company's story in a way that speaks to a candidate's motivation, career goals, and interests.
  • Life Sciences experience preferred.
