Current Projects:

  • Training machine learning models for root error diagnosis using raw signal time series data.
  • Automating manual steps like data interpretation, anomaly detection and correction, and procedure optimization.

Role: Senior Research Software Engineer (C#, .Net) You'll develop applications to control and collect data from high-volume instruments using C# and REST APIs. Your focus will be on meeting data requirements, optimizing performance, and contributing to our emerging data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Build tools in C#.NET for instrument control and data extraction.
  • Maintain codebase with OOP/FP best practices and unit tests.
  • Collaborate with Data/AWS engineers to improve data integrity.
  • Lead standups, review code, and assist others with troubleshooting.
  • Utilize communication, teamwork, analysis, and decision-making skills within Agile methodologies.

Team Involvement:

  • Participate in team meetings and ceremonies, effectively providing input and feedback.
  • Engage in learning and sharing activities.
  • Demonstrate continuous technical improvement.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field and at least 5 years relevant work experience, or equivalent.
  • Experience in building .NET applications.
  • Proficiency in OOP or functional programming best practices.
  • Comfortable with Git as well as command prompt, or PowerShell.
  • Proficient in English (Advanced Level).
  • Experience with AWS beneficial.
  • Experience in data science applications.
  • Experience with scientific data and algorithm development a plus.
  • C++ knowledge is a plus.
