Sr. Asst., AR Position

Responsibilities

  • Payment Collection - Need to follow up with customers thru phone calls, mails and personal visits of assigned customers receivables.
  • You will be responsible for checking randomly the travel claims of team and necessary approvals from respective dept., Managers and prepare the travel claim payment statement of team as per existing format and co-ordinate with bank thru e-mail and phone for payment clearance.
  • Cash and Bank voucher preparations and park the entries in SAP
  • Customer Portal Activities - End To End Process
  • Administration related activities viz.,
  • a) Stock Verification and maintaining records / books as per local statutory law.
  • b) New Vendor Registration process for both internal and external in co-ordination with regional / HO Finance Team.
  • c) Responsible for Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payables. Reconciliation of ledger.
  • d) Any request from application team regarding the requisition of solvents and other required items for Demo Lab, need to get quotes from suppliers / vendors and take necessary approvals and co-ordinate with regional & HO-Finance team for further process.
  • e) INR Blanket, Open and Credit Block List of Orders Download from SAP and circulate to team thru mail.
  • Logistics Related Activities viz., Inward & outward material physical verification, if any issues to be addressed as and when required in co-ordination with team and courier. Issue of E-Waybills for Inward and Outward supplies. Download of Proof Of Delivery ( POD ) Copies from courier website and maintain separately in folder.
  • Qualifications

    Qualification - Minimum Degree ( B.Com or M.Com)

    Experience - Min.3 to 4 years experience in Finance & Account

    Skills : SAP Knowledge
