Position: East China Sales Manager-Industry
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and execute the business growth strategy for the System Sales business in East Region to gain market share and realize our full potential
- Set up an efficient and effective organization and deploy resources in an effective and sustainable manner
- Achieve the annual targets of System Sales in East Region including Sales Revenue and margins and other key business KPIs
- Successfully develop, coach and lead the local System Sales Team (Account Managers, Sales Specialists)
- Utilize the network to ensure the right tools and materials are available to ensure the effective implementation and successful execution of Marketing programs & initiatives and business development programs to achieve individual and collective financial goals
- Drive funnel and opportunity management and constantly build our mid-term pipeline
- Drive consistent use and full adoption of our Compass system (Salesforce.com), in line with global guidelines
- Work in close cooperation with the other Region Managers, specifically in jointly developing cross-selling opportunities with System Sales
- Investigate business development opportunities for System Sales through existing or new distribution channels
- Maintain and regularly update business forecasts. Review, analysis and report business results. Participating in the Annual Operating Planning process
- Build and maintain strong relationships to key customers and key opinion leaders in Region

Qualifications
Education:
- You hold a degree, ideally in sciences as BSc or MSc, or equivalent by experience
Experience:
- Solid sales management experience
- Proven experience in developing other people and enhancing organizational capability
- Experience with modern selling concepts (based on solution selling, insights, etc.) and with Customer Relationship Management tools, ideally with Salesforce.com

- Strong interpersonal skills, including coaching, listening and negotiating as well as networking and influencing
- Capability to challenge the status quo and develop and implement new ideas in a way that builds commitment
