Overview

Waters Corporation is looking for a Program Manager to lead global Talent Acquisition programs which are key to driving improvements across early careers initiatives, DEI, employer branding, metrics & reporting, and vendor management.

Reporting into the Sr Director for Talent Acquisition, the Global Talent Acquisition Program Manager plays a crucial role in the growth and success of the talent acquisition organization.

We have a flexible approach to work and this role can be based out of either our HQ in Milford, MA or Wilmslow, UK site.

Responsibilities

  • With the overall Talent acquisition vision in mind, creates and manages program goals, project plans, and budgets for assigned program, as well as engaging talent acquisition practitioners and stakeholders to successfully execute the respective program.
  • Manages enterprise global projects including but not limited to; University Relations and Early Career program management, DEI initiatives, Vendor management, Employer brand initiatives, Recruiting metrics and reporting,
  • Design programs to support the strategic direction of talent acquisition, with oversight from the Senior Director and Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition.
  • Develop scope, project plan, list of deliverables, etc. with assigned program resources.
  • Manage matrix team resources to execute programs.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks. Communicate program progress, issues, risks, and impacts to appropriate stakeholders, including HR and the Business.
  • Partner closely with the wider TA team to identify continuous improvement opportunities across talent acquisition.
  • Build relationships with associated third-party partners and monitor performance. May manage external relationships with vendors.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing large, complex talent acquisition programs with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to develop and manage relationships and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders.

  • Solid written and oral communication skills.
  • Capable to work independently and adhere to committed timelines.
  • Ability to analyze data to infer insights to make data driven decisions.
  • Experience implementing university relations or early careers initiatives is preferred.
