As a Principal Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the analysis, design, and optimization of business processes across various departments within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in process improvement, data analysis, and implementation of process changes. As a subject matter expert, the Principal Business Process Analyst will drive key initiatives aimed at improving operational performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and delivering measurable business value.

This position will follow a hybrid model work approach( 3 days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday working from GCC office, RMZ ecoworld, Bellandur, Bangalore)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the identification, analysis, and documentation of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Develop and implement process improvement strategies using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
  • Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, and IT teams to define business requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, root causes of inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or technology integration
  • Create and present detailed reports, process maps, and documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Design and facilitate workshops and training sessions to build process improvement capabilities across the organization
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior business process analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented process improvements and provide ongoing support to ensure sustained results
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and software solutions to streamline business processes and enhance productivity
  • Work closely with leadership to align process improvements with broader organizational objectives

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in business process analysis, process improvement, or related roles.
  • Strong expertise in process modeling, mapping, mining, and analysis techniques
  • Proven experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (certifications preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex initiatives
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders effectively
  • Experience with business process management and process mining software (e.g., Symbio, Celonis, or similar tools).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience mentoring others
  • Experience working on an Agile / Scrum team a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt or Green Belt) and/or Business Process Management (BPM)
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and their application to process improvement
  • Experience in domains such as sales, marketing, product development, HR, supply chain, and manufacturing a plus
