Overview: TA instruments is seeking a National Sales Manager-Public to support the strategic and high-growth opportunity market in the academic institute and university to focus our resources and establish TA capabilities.

- Develop, implement and execute the business growth strategy for the System Sales business for the whole China university and academic institutes to gain market share and realize our full potential
- Set up an efficient and effective organization, select the appropriate channels for best territory coverage and deploy resources in an effective and sustainable manner
- Achieve the annual targets of System Sales for whole China including Sales Revenue and margins and other key business KPIs
- Successfully develop, coach and lead the local System Sales Team and Application Specialists team
- Utilize the network to ensure the right tools and materials are available to ensure the effective implementation and successful execution of Marketing programs & initiatives and business development programs to achieve individual and collective financial goals
- Drive funnel and opportunity management and constantly build our mid-term pipeline
- Drive consistent use and full adoption of our Compass system (Salesforce.com), in line with global guidelines
- Work in close cooperation with the other Region Managers, specifically in jointly developing cross-selling opportunities with System Sales
- Investigate business development opportunities for System Sales through existing or new distribution channels
- Maintain and regularly update business forecasts. Review, analysis and report business results. Participating in the Annual Operating Planning process
- Build and maintain strong relationships to key customers and key opinion leaders in China
- Manage the expense budget of the Region System Sales organization

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or above degree Minimum of a bachelor's degree in physics, materials science, chemistry, life sciences or engineering with relevant technical experience to understand highly complex technical products.
- Minimum of 15 years of marketing experience including strategic selling and negotiation
- Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution- based sales process
- Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages
- Willingness and ability to travel within specified geographic region.
