Responsible for specific segment/product marketing, developing strategies and tactics to boost the company's reputation and drive implementation excellence
Candidate should have strong business acumen, data analysis capability and strong communication skills across different functions internally and externally
Responsibilities
- Drive commercial alignment for portfolio-specific marketing plans and roadmaps from concept to completion
- Collaborate with commercial team, segment marketing team to develop customer facing marketing tools
- Deploying successful marketing campaigns, promotions from ideation to execution
- Deliver price increase target
- Maintaining our social media presence across all channels
- Working with technical team to develop meaningful training tools and programs that make an impact towards measurable incremental revenue growth

Qualifications
- Master or above with major in life science or chemistry, MBA preferredOver 8 years of shown experience in life sciences marketing or product marketing role, including minimum 3 years for consumable business
- A strong marketing performance history spanning from marketing strategy to tactical execution is required
- Strong understanding of marketing functions, including planning, strategy, execution, competition analysis and customer behavior
- Historical sales and/or lab experience in life science is preferred
- Ability to lead cross-functional alignment in working through various levels of operating mechanisms to include internal and external partners in order to achieve business goals.
