Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will be:
- Action Required: Upsell billable plans and follow up on Service on Demand cases.
- Expected Results: Increase in revenue and closure of new sales deals.

- Action Required: Track the status of assets and suggest replacements for systems with running service plans in Obsolete or Limited Support status.
- Expected Results: Smooth transition to upgraded systems and accelerated renewal process.
- Action Required: Work closely with the sales team to close deals.
- Expected Results: Enhanced teamwork, leading to increased revenue.
- Action Required: Facilitate and manage the upgrade process.
- Expected Results: Faster renewal process and improved operational efficiency.
Qualifications we are looking for are:
- Education:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Work Experience:
- Previous internship or work experience in sales, marketing, or customer support is preferred.
- Competencies Required:
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Analytical Thinking: Capable of analyzing data to identify sales opportunities and trends.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Able to troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively within a team to achieve common goals.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Dutch and/or French would be advantageous.
This internship will be an office-based role located at our facilities in Etten-Leur (NL), Berchem (BE), or Wilmslow (UK).
