Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Global Talent Acquisition Leader, reporting to the Global Head of HR to join our team who excels in establishing talent pipelines within the science and/or pharmaceutical industries. The ideal candidate will be adept at talent networking and talent mapping within these and adjacent sectors. The TA leader will have a demonstrated track record of leveraging networks and relationships to quickly source top-tier talent to drive organization's success.
In addition, the Global Talent Acquisition Leader will lead the design and progression of the global TA strategy, recruitment practices and programs, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will collaborate across the enterprise ensuring, manager capability for securing A level talent, and an engaging, on brand candidate experience and practices to facilitate a pipeline of diverse high performing talent.

The role is based out of our Milford, MA HQ and is a hybrid role (3 days per week on site - Tuesday through Thursday).
Responsibilities
- Develop Global Talent Acquisition Strategy: Create and drive a comprehensive global strategy for talent acquisition that aligns with Waters Company's values and culture.
- Establish Talent Pipelines: Build and maintain robust talent pipelines within the science and pharmaceutical industries, and adjacent sectors.
- Leverage Networks: Utilize extensive networks and relationships to swiftly source and secure top-tier talent.
- Collaborate with HRBP: Work with HR Business Partners to develop strategic workforce plans for each business unit.
- Enhance Employer Brand: Contribute to building and promoting Waters' global brand to attract a highly skilled and diverse pool of candidates.
- Strengthen Waters' Culture: Ensure the company's culture is reinforced with every hire by providing timely feedback on reward strategies to meet candidate needs and market trends.
- Diversity in Hiring: Drive diversity and inclusion across all aspects of talent acquisition processes.
- Optimize Recruitment Process: Manage and improve recruitment efforts for internships, early career, experienced, and executive positions globally.
- Oversee Staffing Vendors: Manage relationships and performance of staffing vendors, including agencies for contingent and permanent recruitment.
- Enhance Candidate Experience: Design and implement a positive candidate experience, ensuring engaging touchpoints throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Lead TA Team: Provide direction and leadership to a global team of skilled Talent Acquisition professionals.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee operations, data analytics, technology, tools, platforms, and processes to streamline global talent acquisition efforts, balancing consistency with local market needs.
- Collaborate Across the Enterprise: Ensure alignment with business leaders and HRBPs to create and manage a unique Waters' employee experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Management, or Business Administration strongly preferred. MBA strongly preferred.
- Will have at least 10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with 5+ years leading Global Talent Acquisition teams, preferably in a life sciences industry
- Experience with all levels of recruitment, from internships to executive placements.
- Exhibits strong collaboration and influence skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority.
- Demonstrates creativity and resourcefulness in talent acquisition strategies.
- Proven ability to drive change effectively.
- Operates at a pace, able to make decisions and execute effectively.
- Serves as a model for diversity and inclusion awareness.
