Responsibilities

【仕事内容】

既存及び新規顧客に対する修理、保守点検などのサービスサポート及び導入・設置に伴うトレーニングの実施

新規保守契約の締結及び更新

営業チームと連携し、迅速な対応を行うことで顧客満足度の向上を目指す

Salesforce を活用し、日々の活動内容の報告及び更新

Qualifications

【求める経験・実績】⚫ 高度な製品・サポート・分析知識を持ち、様々な場面で最善な対応が求められる経験を持つ技術専門家

⚫ 高等学校以上の学位を取得し、少なくとも 5 年以上の関連装置若しくはメディカルデバイスなどの精密機器のエンジニア経験が必要

⚫ 迅速で正確な顧客対応を行うのと同時に、顧客のリクエストを汲み取り何が最善かを見極められる経験を持っている（結果的に、顧客満足度の向上につながる）。

⚫ 案件と経費の両方を常に考え、最小の経費で最善の結果をもたらす経験を持っている。

⚫ チームワークを常に重要視し、同僚のヘルプも厭わない業務姿勢を持っている。

⚫ 新しい装置・知識の取得に前向きに取り組む姿勢を持っている。

⚫ 保守契約を積極的に販売した実積を持っている。

・化学、電気、機械などの大学もしくは、高専卒

・要普通自動車運転免許
