Overview

Handling with daily commercial operation tasks, mainly on service.

Responsibilities

1. Input and maintain products' service orders, service maintenance record

2. Bidding information collection

3. Channel contract and authorization

4. Prepare and present reports on business performance to senior management.

5. Build scorecards for commercial results and track follow-up actions to continuously improve sales performance.

6. Be a great partner for the sales team, providing support and insight to help them achieve their goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Marketing, Accounting, Finance or Statistics.
  • 3+ years of related working experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving operational excellence.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with people from different functions and levels of the organization.
  • Ability to deliver results under complex situations and tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to keep compliance under any pressure.
