Primary Purpose of the Job:

  • To maximize team performance to exceed guest expectations consistently
  • To make the best on the spot decisions in each situation as a team lead
  • To Provide and coach team members for their own personal development as team lead
  • To collaborate and communicate proactively with appropriate stakeholders and other divisions for own growth and development
  • To communicate with each manager to ensure organization's transparency and teamwork in order to achieve company's goal
  • To support manager and director

Essential Job Functions:

  • Under the direction of Warehouse Operations Manager, partner with Tour Development, Construction Project, Technology, Retail, and other teams to finalize layout, infrastructure, systems, etc., related to the Warehouse.
  • Under the direction of Warehouse Operations Manager, provide necessary support both within Commercial/Retail as well as other areas on an ad hoc basis to ensure the Tour opens on schedule.

Stock

  • Manage and co-ordinate the warehouse, stockrooms, ecommerce fulfilment and stock administration functions for the Tour.
  • Ensure sales floor stock densities are at optimum levels through effective stock management, replenishment, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure effective and accurate inventory control in order to maximize stock replenishment and densities.
  • Ensuring all incoming and outgoing deliveries are processed within appropriate timescales.
  • Monitor stock levels held in stores and stock areas and identify and communicate potential out-of-stock issues.
  • Stockroom security and presentation standards should all meet company requirements.
  • Manage cycle counts and annual stock taking processes.
  • Ensure all security reporting is conducted accurately and to deadline.
  • Accurately and periodically report faulty and damaged stock.
  • Manage stock movements between all sites.

Ecommerce

  • Manage and co-ordinate the fulfilment of customer Ecommerce orders within the warehouse.
  • Ensure that customer orders are received, processed and dispatched in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely reports and lead operational reviews.

Administration

  • Manage continuous operational process improvement identification and plans to implement changes.
  • Manage warehouse and stock administration and ensure work is accurate and up to date.
  • Using appropriate programs, manage and process purchase orders in accordance with Warner Bros. policy.
  • Maintain relevant paperwork and systems for the accurate accounting of incoming deliveries and requisition.
  • Flag concerns or errors in paperwork, transfers or deliveries.
  • Collate information and prepare reports ensuring accuracy.
  • Ensure a periodic health and safety audit is conducted and action plan created to address areas of concern.

People/Leadership

  • Support staff training to ensure the team is fully equipped to meet customer needs, deliver optimum levels of service and maintain visual standards.
  • Participate in daily briefings to keep all members of the team fully aware of activity within the department and the business.
  • Support manager in recruitment and be mentor and trainer of new member of the team
  • Adhere to all H&S policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for all visitors and staff.
  • Shift management of team member daily, weekly and monthly operation

Duty Management

  • Participate in cover of the Studio Tour as necessary including weekend, bank holiday, school holiday and late evening cover in rotation with other team members.

Selection Criteria

Relevant Previous Work Experience

  • 3+ years of experience leading a team (5-10+)
  • Experience working in a team to achieve goals
  • Experience solving problems in difficult situations
  • Interacts effectively with customers & staff
  • Opening Experience welcome

Skills Required:

  • Japanese skills in writing, reading and speaking is essential.
  • Proactively seeks out opportunities to increase sales and exceed customer expectations.
  • Motivates individuals & team to achieve goals.
  • Communicates in a timely & effective manner to enhance store operations.
  • Interacts effectively with customers & staff.
  • Works as part of a team with a flexible approach.
  • PC Skills
  • Forklift license

Working Pattern:

  • Annual variable work system (approximately 37.5 hours per week)
  • Crete monthly shifts - 1month variable working pattern
