所属部署、チームの紹介
Technical Servicesは、スタジオ内のショー設備が万全に機能するように備えるチームです。ゲストとスタッフの安全の確保を第一とした作業計画を立て、実施します。
電気制御、機械メンテンナンス、法定安全点検、音響、映像など、技術分野は多岐に渡ります。
優先される業務の目的
- ゲストの期待を常に超えるようにチームのパフォーマンスを最大化させる。
- 定められたタスクが滞りなく進捗するよう計画性を持った行動をとる。
- 様々な状況において、デューティやリーダーの指示に協調して解決を図る。
- 日々業務において自己及び他メンバーの能力向上を図る。
- スタジオツアー東京の目標を達成する為に、各マネジャー、チームリーダーとコミュニケーションを取り、組織の透明性を図る。
主な業務内容
- 営業開始前チェック, 終了後の立下げや不具合対応を含む保全作業。
- 保全マニュアルに従った作業、およびマニュアル更新作業。
- ベンダー立ち会い, スペアパーツ管理, 工具管理など保全に関わる周辺業務。
- トレーニングによる技術、能力向上。
- 日々のオペレーションの中で、仲間同士、積極的に意見を交換し、相互育成を行う。
- アソシエイトとしてチーム一丸となってスタジオツアーの業務に従事する。
人・リーダーシップ
- ゲストのニーズを満たす為に最適なレベルのサービスとビジュアルの基準が十分に整っていることを確実にする。
- デイリーブリーフィングに参加してチームメンバーが部門内及びビジネスの状況を常に把握できるようにする。
- 全てのゲスト及び従業員が安全な環境にいられるようH&Sポリシーと手順を遵守する。
- マニュアルに準拠した作業、およびその応用による拡張。
- 探求心を持って、幅広い知識と技能を身に付ける。
- 習得した知識や技能を他のメンバーにも周知する。
選考基準
関連する又は前職の経験
- 自動機械設備、またはエンターテインメントショー設備に関するセットアップ業務またはメンテナンス業務に従事した経験があること（3年以上）。
- 電子機器、モーターやエア駆動機器を含むアクチュエータに関する技術およびメンテナンスに関わった経験。
- 施設等の立ち上げ業務に携わった経験があれば尚可。
必要なスキル
- 電気回路と電気制御に関する知識、または機構と機械整備に関する知識。
- 最新情報における法令、規則の順守。
- 安全衛生規則に関する実践的な知識。
- ゲストおよび社内スタッフとの円滑なコミュニケーション。
- Excel, WordなどのMicrosoft Office製品操作。
- 最高レベルのカスタマー・サービスを提供する。
- 個人とチームのモチベーションを高め、目標を達成する。
- 柔軟なアプローチでチームの一員として働く。
勤務形態
- 年間変形労働制（週37.5時間が目安）
- 1ヵ月ごとのシフトを作成
- 早朝、深夜および夜勤あり
- 土日祝、繁忙期（年末年始、ゴールデンウィーク、お盆）勤務
